What is Buti Yoga?
“Buti” is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret”. Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. The Buti Yoga movement methodology clears away stuck energy to allow each student to shift their perception of the world around them. There is no judgment of yourself or others. The goal of Buti is to bond with others, not compete. Love yourself now!
This class is appropriate for all levels, and each individual is encouraged to take the modifications that they need and rest when necessary. This helps each person tune into their own bodies and listen to what it is telling them, improving body confidence and awareness of the physical self.
