Description:

The customized training program is best suited for individuals who need some coaching and guidance on a monthly basis but are able to train independently. 

This programs includes:

Initial assessment of individual's goals, training schedule, and available equipment or training  space/gym.

Monthly 75 minute long training session with your DNA trainer

A customized 4 week training program designed based on the initial assessment. 

30 minute follow up session to evaluate progress and reset goals.

Customized  Nutrition Plan

Description:

The customized nutrition plan is carefully designed to match and compliment your customized training program.

This programs includes:

Initial assessment of individual's goals and nutritional needs. 

Monthly 60 minute long private session with Dr. Laleh

A customized 4 week meal plan with menu guide and recipes. 

30 minute follow up session to evaluate progress and reset goals.
