Pedaling for Parkinson's is a uniquely designed cycling program that is modeled after the results of clinical research by Dr. Jay Alberts, a neuroscientist and researcher at the Cleveland Clinic. The class format focuses on high-cadence, low resistance cycling, designed to maximize aerobic-level exercise for older adults.
The class instructor, John Tomeny, is a research advocate with the Parkinson's Foundation, a Licensed Pedaling for Parkinson's instructor, and a lifelong cycling/spinning enthusiast.
